Moving into a supervisory role means that you have responsibility for the people in your team. This module looks at how this changes the way you need to think about OHS, food safety and quality assurance issues.
This module looks at these three technical components in relation to the supervisor’s role.
By the end of this module you will:
- understand your responsibilities as a supervisor for OHS, food safety and hygiene, and quality assurance
- identify any gaps in your skills or knowledge in these areas which require some further training.
