Safe work instruction:

• Hearing protection must be worn.
• Personnel performing these tasks must be aware of the movement and proximity of other workers to avoid being splashed or splashing others.
• Aprons must be removed and hung on the pegs provided for washing.
• Aprons must not be hosed down while wearing the garment.
• Boots must be hosed down with care, so as to avoid hot water inside the boot .
• Washing PPE, knives and gear in sinks must be done one article at a time so as to avoid contact with sharp blades.
• Personal hygiene procedures must be complied with at all times so as to ensure your good health and a safe product
• Warning hot water hot enough to sterilise is hot enough to cause serious painful injury requiring medical treatment
