WHAT IS A HAZARD?

A hazard is anything at the workplace with the potential to cause harm. The presence of the hazard does not necessarily mean it will cause harm.

WHAT ARE COMMON HAZARDS IN THE MEAT PROCESSING INDUSTRY?
